Booked a table for Father’s Day and from the moment we walked in it was like being back in Italy! The decor, smell & ambiance was super Italian and staff were so welcoming! We were a party of 6 and considering it was such a busy day they couldn’t have been more attentive. We were never left waiting for too long for drink orders, plates to be cleared, water top ups etc. The food was absolutely fantastic! We had some nibbles for the table starters, mains & coffees and course came out quickly but freshly cooked and each dish was presented lovely. The pasta special was delicious and so light you knew it was homemade and the basil butter was amazing. Everyone around the table loved their meals and didn’t have a bad word to say. Pricing was very affordable and considering our party had a mix of beers and cocktails with our meal it still wasn’t ridiculously expensive. They also offer a brilliant early bird option too that I will definitely opt for on my next visit! Would highly recommend a visit to anyone visiting malahide and I already can’t wait to go back for more

Visited for my mother's birthday last weekend, and I have to say that it was insanely good. Food, ambiance & customer service are above excellent at this restaurant. The food, as says, is inspired by Italy, and it is not Italian. I find the truthful statement a necessity nowadays. Every restaurant that serves fusion-ethnic cuisine should just add the "inspire" word so you don't feel the need to compare. Extremely tasty mussels, calamari and bruschetta's as starters, and the milanese chicken with the fries were also super good. The view of the marine from the restaurant is just fantastic, which makes the place ideal for special occasions. Lastly, and most importantly, customer service is above perfection. The lady who was serving us was extremely professional and pleasant to be around, helped us through the menu, and also, not only served a beautiful surprise for my mum, but also sang with us the bday song. Needless to say, we are coming back to this place for all the above reasons.

A nice surprise to find this nice spot in a sunny Sunday with no reservations that could accommodate us. Excellent service, very friendly and delicious food. Huge surprise when l asked for vegan options and the guy brought me a fully vegan menu. I got the olives and foccacia as starter and cavatelli verde as main course. Everything was good also presentation. My partner went for gnocchi with meatballs and he enjoyed a lot. We are coming back for sure. Plus the view is amazing, facing the sea.

Sienna’s location offers a lovely view of the Malahide marina. The menu has some Italian traits clearly revised in light of the Irish taste. We had a couple of different mains and starters. Overall, the quality of the food items was good and ingredients appeared fresh and genuine. Portions were generous and service prompt and friendly. The prawns were great with a nice texture, taste and sauce to dip them in. The focaccia was good however we were of the impression it had been warmed in the microwave just before being served. Both agnolotti and tagliatelle were visibly handmade, properly cooked and tasty. The ragu was very “creamy”, with a lovely taste of ribs and perfect to go with handmade pasta. Only note, it was a bit too spicy, I did not expect that. The chicken Milanese was crunchy, and overall a nice mix of tastes with the ham shavings and rocket pesto. Being picky, I’d have added a bit of salt.

Sienna Restaurant, Malahide – A Truly Memorable Experience We had originally planned to visit a different restaurant in Malahide, but it happened to be closed (it was a Wednesday evening), so we decided to try Sienna. It was quite busy and we had to wait about 30 minutes for a table — definitely make a reservation if you’re going in the evening. But honestly, the wait turned out to be a gift. While waiting, we went downstairs to Pappagallino’s Gelato, just steps away, and enjoyed delicious Italian ice cream with a beautiful view of Malahide Marina. The sun was beginning to set, the marina looked stunning, and the gelato was absolutely divine — creamy, flavourful, and the perfect way to pass the time. Once we were seated upstairs at Sienna, we were lucky to get a window table overlooking the marina, just in time for a glowing sunset. The ambiance was lovely, the music was just right, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. We were quite hungry, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. It was our first time visiting Sienna, and we were blown away. There were three of us, and we each ordered different dishes to share. Everything — from starters to dessert — was outstanding. We started with burrata served with cherry tomatoes and pesto oil on sourdough — creamy, fresh, and beautifully balanced. Then came the mains: • Gnocchi in tomato sauce — truly divine, melt-in-your-mouth perfection. • Pasta with truffle oil — incredible texture and depth, rich and fragrant. • Green pasta with broccoli — unique, light, and absolutely delicious. • Plus, a side of rosemary chips — crispy, herby, and impossible to stop eating. • The eggplant parmigiana was also a highlight — warm, cheesy, and full of flavour. We all shared and tasted each other’s dishes, and every single one impressed us — high quality ingredients, perfectly cooked pasta, and beautiful presentation. For dessert, we had the tiramisu, which was light, creamy, and topped with a thin slice of dark chocolate and ice cream on the side — an absolute dream to end the meal. Sienna is not a budget restaurant, but it’s also not overly expensive — excellent value for the quality of food, service, and experience you get. Everything felt special, and we left feeling grateful we found this place. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended — a true Italian-inspired treasure in Malahide.

Yesterday we had dinner in Sienna's. All the staff members were outstanding. The food looked amazing and tasted delicious. We had a wonderful experience in Sienna's. Top place in Malahide!
